We cannot unlock CDMA ONLY Devices such as the 8330, 8130, 8530
We unlock ONLY the GSM portion of the BlackBerry device so it can be used with another GSM provider anywhere in the world where technology permits.
NOTE: We cannot and do not unlock the CDMA portion of the device. We also cannot unlock pins that are stuck on bis accounts for non payment etc..

It means you either chose the wrong carrier, wrong country, wrong device model. Or are simply entering it in wrong. If all else fails, email us and we will take a look for you.
Your device doesn’t support North American 3G (HSPA) AT&T and Rogers or (AWS) T-Mobile.
Chances are you have a T-Mobile or Wind device which only supports EDGE. The 3G technology is AWS on those devices, not HSPA. So ONLY EDGE will work since it is RIM limitation.
Chances are you have a AT&T or Rogers device which only supports EDGE. The 3G technology is HSPA on those devices, not AWS which is what T-Mobile USA and WIND Canada use for 3G. So Only EDGE will work.

This is probably because you unlocked an EDGE only device which won’t work on those carriers. The only have a HSPA network, no EDGE. So you can only use a BlackBerry Bold 9000 or 9700.
